Accommodation: The Summer School in Statistics for Astronomers III will begin on Monday, June 4 and conclude in the afternoon of Saturday, June 9. A rooming block has been set-aside at Days Inn Penn State beginning June 2 through June 9. We recommend for Summer School participants to stay at Days Inn Penn State as it is conveniently located in downtown State College and is walking distance to Chemistry and Willard Buildings (where the Summer School will be held), and to varieties of eateries. After your enrollment in the program, if you are interested in double occupancy with another Summer School participant to share lodging costs, please send an e-mail to John Farris at JLF30@outreach.psu.edu and provide your name, address, dates of arrival/departure, and gender. John Farris will provide information regarding a list of participants interested in double occupancy. Note: all hotel reservations must be made by the summer school participants directly with the hotel staff.
Attendees should make lodging reservations by May 7. After May 7, the room block will be released to the general public and the $59 rate may not be available. Days Inn Penn State -- Recommended hotel due to
